Young Adults

Have you graduated from college but just can’t seem to find your place in the world? The job market is so competitive these days. Are you afraid you won’t make it on your own? You don’t want to live with your parents (they’re driving you crazy), but at least at home everything’s familiar and you feel like you know what you’re doing. Do you often worry about disappointing everyone?

Or maybe you’re in this season: Everyone around you seems to have it all figured out. Which college should I attend? Should it be a small liberal arts institution or a major Big Ten campus or possibly an Ivy League school? Or…does it even make sense for me to attend college now? I don’t know if I’m cut out for the college environment – maybe it’s not for me. Maybe I should work for a year or do a gap year program somewhere overseas?

Young Adults

Young adulthood is a time of excitement, confusion, frustration, exploration and discovery. Maybe you’d like some help navigating through the various scenarios and choices that occur during this time. You don’t have to do this alone and it’s not always easy asking parents or friends for support.

I have a passion for helping young adults identify their strengths and improve the quality of their relationships. I specialize in helping young adults process and work through difficult transitions or phases of their life while helping to equip them to be able to move towards the life they’ve always wanted to have.
